Lightest Double Stroller
When looking for a light double stroller, weight and folded size are the most important aspects to take into consideration. When not in use, choose a stroller that is simple to use and small in size. This will make it easier to put it in your car trunk and navigate through airport gates and international roads.
The most lightweight strollers have an easy, light fold and self-standing mechanism to reduce stress on parent bodies. Many strollers come with various seating options, and some can accommodate car seats for infants.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
The perfect product for families who are always on the move. Compact and light weight, it has an easy one-handed fold. All-terrain wheels with front suspension, as well as a multi-position reclining seats can accommodate children up to 50 pounds. The trays for parents and children, large storage basket, and a three-tiered canopy that has a windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores on our quality tests due to its flimsy design, hard plastic seats and a design that feels dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter, so it's not the best option when you're looking for an economical option.
It's not the lightest stroller but it comes with enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it is able to jump over curbs with ease unlike many other light strollers that veer off course when trying to accomplish the same thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage but it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's not easy to push it while your legs are dangling like that. And the absence of padding does not make it any easier.
During our tests during our testing, we found the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You have to slide the slider before you press a large white button. This can be quite a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while you do it.
The Cloud comes with a small, but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit an enormous diaper bag. The basket is a bit small and you might have to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud comes with an adult and child tray with two cup holders however, both are too narrow to hold larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is an extremely lightweight, minimalist double stroller that's great to travel with. It's super light at just 18 pounds (lighter than many single strollers!) and can fold flat for easy transport and storage. It also comes with independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors that have large windows with peekaboos and under seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to fit children of different heights. It also has a parking brake that is linked in one step, and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheel feature of Jeep is also great for navigating over bumps and uneven terrain. The stroller does not accept car seats, so your little ones must be at least 6 months old and have a solid neck control in order to ride in the front seat. The stroller has an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat comes with its own cupholder and snack tray.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light side by side stroller. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxurious details that make it perfect for travel. It has a super simple fold, is very maneuverable and can be tucked away in the overhead compartments of airplanes and trunks easily.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct distinctions. It's also a little more expensive, but it has greater maneuverability and the largest sun canopy. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can accommodate children up to 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
If you're seeking a stroller which is light but packed with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just incredibly light at 13 pounds, but it offers plenty of storage space in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket as well as a parent storage compartment and more. This stroller is also compatible with a child's chair and comes with a brake with a flip-flop feature that is easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your children from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and up.

Another thing to take note of about this stroller is that it operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't come with locking options which means it won't be the best option for rocky or hilly terrain. double pram and pushchair 's still a good option for families of all sizes, since it is able to be easily maneuvered on paved surfaces and other smooth surfaces.
This is among the most compact and lightweight double strollers with full-size features. The quick-close feature allows you to fold it with only one hand in a matter of seconds, and it's small enough to be easily stored in your trunk or garage. It can be used as a travel stoller, and is compatible without additional adapters with most car seats.
The Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is distinct from other strollers that are lightweight because it has two distinct seats that can each support up to 100 pounds. The seats feature individual leg rests as well as 3-panel canopies with the ability to flip out sunvisors and a peekaboo window.
The seats are padded for your baby's comfort and have a 5-point padded safety harness that adjusts to three different heights. Each seat has an infant cushion that is perfect for newborns. The cup holders for parents and child, the cellphone holder and the large storage basket will be loved by parents. The stroller can also be purchased with the Yoyo+ Board which transforms it into a tandem.
Joovy X2 Kooper
The Kooper X2 double stroller is an excellent option for parents looking for a lightweight double that can hold two kids. Its sling style seats are comfortable, and they provide the same amount of headroom as other double strollers. This lets kids sit together. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it has a fully reclined seat, making it a fantastic choice for naps. Its recline feature is simple to use, but it's not a perfect flat. Taller children may have a leg hanging when in the reclined position. It also has a large canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking out the sun than other strollers in our review of the top double strollers.
The stroller is light enough to maneuver through door frames, which was a major issue for us with some other models we tried. It folds easily and the handlebars sit close to the ground. The only drawback is its relatively small storage space, which can feel uncomfortable when filled with kids' toys.
Joovy is a family-owned company that designs unique functional, high-quality and durable baby products. In our lab tests of double strollers, we evaluate various aspects to determine how easy the stroller is to use, such as how easy it is to fold and set up and adjust the safety harness and close and open the brakes, raise and carry the stroller like you would put it in a trunk of a car, and also install and remove an infant car seat (if applicable). We also assessed the strength and durability and also whether the strollers have a parent tray which can be used by both children.
The Joovy Kooper X2 received the highest score in our Strollers Test Program due to its ease of use. It also got the top score in our most recent guide to the top double strollers. Its user-friendly design comes with one hand, with zero tilt recline as well as a large canopy with ventilation mesh that is visible even when it's tilted. There are also individual tray for kids, cup holders built-in and zipper pockets for parents, and a large storage basket.
